Thermally Conductive InsulatorsProduct Description
Thermally Conductive Insulators are glass fiber or general Kapton polyimide film as a substrate for reinforcement of silicone elastomer polymers. It effectively reduces the thermal resistance between the electronic components and the heat sink, and electrical insulation, high dielectric strength, good thermal conductivity, high resistance to chemical properties, capable of withstanding high-voltage and metal pieces of the punctured caused by a short circuit. It is used to replace the traditional mica and silicone oil as a better thermal insulation.
Commonly used in the power supply, automotive electronics, motor control, power semiconductors.
Provide sheet, roll form and custom die-cutting.
